2. Privacy by design & by default

3. What data we process

(a) Tool content: stays in your browser. (b) Local storage: what the optional "Save in browser" feature keeps on your own device, described under "Cookies, local storage & analytics". (c) Contact / demo requests: your email address and whatever you put in the message you send us. (d) Request metadata: handled by our infrastructure provider, described under "Hosting & infrastructure".

4. Purposes & legal bases

We process contact enquiries to respond to you, on the basis of our legitimate interest or steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) or (b)). Running the tools is local to your device.

We operate and secure the site, and measure how it performs and how often its pages are opened, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). That measurement is aggregate and cookieless. How it works is set out under "Cookies, local storage & analytics".

5. Hosting & infrastructure

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts, delivers and protects this site. Its edge and security logs record your IP address, user agent, referrer and the time of each request.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts on our behalf under a data-processing agreement within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR. Its privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

6. Cookies, local storage & analytics

We set no cookies.

The tools offer an optional "Save in browser" checkbox. Tick it and your inputs are written to your browser's local storage, so they survive a page refresh. This is storage on your own terminal equipment, governed by Art. 361 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law (PKE) under the same rule as cookies. Unticking the box or pressing Clear removes it.

We use Cloudflare's RUM beacon to measure page-load timings and aggregate page counts, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site fast and knowing which pages are useful (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.

7. Retention

The site is prerendered static content. The edge and security logs described under "Hosting & infrastructure" belong to our infrastructure provider and are held under that provider's own retention schedule.

Correspondence from an enquiry that does not lead to an agreement is kept for at most 24 months from our last contact with you. Copies may persist briefly in our mail provider's standard recovery window.

If an enquiry does lead to a commercial engagement, retention from then on is governed by the agreement we sign and the information provided with it.

Anything the tools saved through "Save in browser" stays on your device until you clear it.
